SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
Background: Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary is Georgia's amazing underwater park. The natural live-bottom reef is teeming with marine, including turtles, fish, soft corals, lobsters, sharks, and whales. Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary Foundation aims to develop ocean stewards through education, public awareness, and supporting research and conservation of the sanctuary. We promote the sanctuary’s initiatives, raise funds on their behalf, make grants to the sanctuary, and develop events to raise awareness for ocean conservation to help protect Gray’s Reef and our ocean locally. We hope you will join us!
Purpose: The Social Media Associate will create engaging content on our social media accounts to grow our online presence. GRNMSF has almost 1,000 followers on Facebook but only a handful on Twitter and Instagram.
