Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary Foundation hosts the 5th Annual A Fishy Affair on Friday, September 27, 2019 at The Landings Plantation Club.

 This event features incredible chefs preparing their own unique appetizer dish highlighting sustainable fish as well as the invasive malicious, but delicious lionfish. 

Enjoy a full dinner, entertainment, a lively silent and live auction, and cash bar.

This event benefits Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary Foundation and supports the movement for restaurants to serve lionfish and increase the public demand for more sustainable fish.

Chef Chris Hathcock
Chef Chris Hathcock is the Executive Chef at Husk Savannah. A Georgia native, born in Atlanta and raised in Savannah, he has an intimate understanding and knowledge of this great state’s diverse culinary landscape.

  Chef Patrick McNamara Chef Patrick McNamara and his wife Jenny are the proprietors of Noble Fare in Savannah, where he also serves as the Executive Chef. Gearry Claudell

Chef John Hamstra is the Executive Pastry Chef for The Landings Club and is the creative talent behind tonight’s amazing lionfish cake. He is a graduate of SVH Culinary School in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Chef John is sponsored by Mrs. Robert O. Levitt.

Jin Kang
